the anointing oil for mechanics, have used it for everything from squeaky hinges to fishing lure,helped clean up battery posts for new terminals.

if you heat up a stuck bolt and then spray it with wd-40 it will draw it up in to the threads and when it cools it will usually break loose with little effort.

I use WD-40 on everything. Door hinges,hood hinges, and and now on finder liners to keep mud from sticking to them. I have even used WD-40 to to help start my 18 wheeler.

soaked my atv brake caliper for one day in wd40 because it was locked up, now it works fine.

I use wd40 to clean up the old sewing machines that my wife collects and get them sewing and running like new when I do that then I can use my free time to work on my car and also use wd40 to dry out water soaked distributors when out four wheeling.

Had a V-8 Ford Motor that was Frozen and added WD-40 in to each spark plug hole and soaked it for one day and got the Motor running again like new
