I know about & have used wd40 in my house & garage for years. Can someone comment about useing wd40 to clean stains on my fiberglass hulled sailboat. I am not a chemist and know whether the composition of wd40 will harm the finish or the glass? Also, my port windows are plexiglass and I'd like to clean up the "cloudiness" that has developed over the years. I tried a small section on both the hull & ports with, so far, great results. Am I doing harming over the long term?

my family is a racing family and wd40 has been used for years from four wheeling to drag racing to fishing its proved its self valuable everytime

I have used W-D 40 all my life, from penetrating oil to cleaning parts, lubing and cleaning lathe and milling machine ways, removes road tar without damaging your paint, and is even good for the kids sliding board. Hey take it fishing with you next time you go. the fish love it. the main ingredient is fish oil!. thanks, rasir

Hi my name is luis and this is my race car ,it a small block 350 that runs 9;60 in the 1/4 at 139 mph and i use wd 40 to keep my car going.

That's Jenny my lady & I having fun after we got to the bar. We had run out of diesel in her Jetta & after refueling WD40 was the only thing that GOT THE CAR TO START AGAIN. I was an auto tech years ago we use wd40 so often it was part of your tool box.
