I'm a U.S. MARINE and hair cuts and replacement clippers get very expensive. like all guys who spend so much time in the garage, we get sweaty and nasty but we have to have that fresh hair cut for formation on Monday. WD 40 works just as good as a cleaner and rust inhibitor as a lubricant. Jason T

Most everyone knows this one at least I hope by now. When putting together custom spark plug wires spray a little WD-40 on the inside of the plug boot before inserting the wire into the boot and it makes the wire slide into the boot much eaiser and then when you wipe of the extra you get a good seal and a waterproof protection at that end which will in the long haul help keep water out and rhe spark going to the plug and not to the head and creating a grounded lead.
